One frustration I have had with Comcast Digital Voice has nothing to do with the sound quality. It has to do with their Digital Voice Center on the web. This feature allows you to view every incoming and outgoing phone number received/made by your phone(s). time of day/night and setup whether or not you receive an email every time a voicemail is left for either number.
When I had them port two numbers over from Vonage (I actually had three numbers with Vonage but Comcast said they could only provide me two numbers) they ported over one correctly and one incorrectly. So I was supposed to have 3793 and 9861 as phone numbers instead I had 3793 and 3328 (3328 is the one I wanted dropped). While that was promptly fixed the day of the install, it has been about two weeks and I still have don't have the ability to view 9861 call log from the Digital Voice Center on the web. So every three days I opened a new ticket with Comcast to fix the problem. I would open a ticket, they would take the information and say it would take three days to fix. Then, when it was not fixed on the third day I would open another ticket, lol. Finally, after four or five tickets representative Brittney called me to say they were escalating the ticket and I should be hearing from them within a few days. We will see if they fix it or if I have to open another ticket (smile).
