Comcast Billing

So, I got my first Comcast bill after switching to their digital services package that includes Digital Voice, High Speed Internet and cable TV. Wow! The bill was about $80 more than I expected. A quick call to Comcast Customer Service and everything was promptly straightened out. The representative waived the installation fee, removed the duplicate billing I was charged for High Speed Internet Service and like magic approximately $80 was credited to my account. The moral of the story is only you can prevent over billing (smile).
