Today I saved my co-workers life. Well, not really, but you would think I did by her reaction! She is a big fan of the weekly TV show, “Desperate Housewives.” She setup her VCR to record Desperate Housewives while she watched something else. Guess what, it didn’t work. She was close to tears when I heard her speaking to her mother on the phone about missing the show. Fortunately, I am a fan of the same show and I had previously setup TiVo to record every episode for the entire season. So, when I heard her sobbing about how she missed the show, I offered to bring in a copy of it and she was absolutely thrilled!

What is TiVo? TiVo is a digital video recorder that works with your Satellite or Cable Company’s service that can record digitally, programs of your choosing. Additionally, you will need to subscribe to the TiVo service to schedule and record programs.
